1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the payment channel registered under your verified account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times vary by channel. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash and Maya are generally processed faster than bank transfers. InstaPay transfers typically settle on the same banking day. PESONet transfers may take one to two banking days from the point of processing approval by 963jl.

963jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there is reason to conduct a security or compliance review. This does not constitute a refusal of the withdrawal — it is a standard protective measure.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
